Purpose:

This crew meets people right where they’re at on their faith journey, welcoming them into our church home through intentional care, and celebration. This crew serves at some of the most vulnerable and victorious times in someone’s faith journey.

Teams in this crew:

House Host Team: This team creates a warm and meaningful welcome inside the worship center.These hosts are the heart of hospitality once guests enter the room. With a warm smile and intentional conversation, they make introductions, learn guests' stories, and help people feel seen, known, and at home.

Seating Host Team: This team helps guests find the right place with grace and ease, manages overflow seating, and maintains a distraction-free, spirit-sensitive atmosphere. From communion to offering to crowd flow, they lead with order, awareness, and a servant’s heart.

Support Team: This team is all about walking alongside, not just pointing the way. Whether someone is taking their first step into salvation, getting baptized, or entering into Clawson DNA to discover their purpose and place, the Support Team is right there beside them. 

Care Team: Provide intentional spiritual and emotional support through prayer, presence, and direct care.This team steps into people’s lives with compassion walking alongside our Clawson family through difficult seasons, or celebrating life changes. They embody “we are family” by making sure no one walks alone.
