Guarding My Home from the Enemy

April 4, 2025

Hey Clawson Family!

Song:

Scripture:

Ephesians 4:27 (NLT)“...for anger gives a foothold to the devil.”

Devotional:

The enemy doesn’t always kick the door down—sometimes we crack it open through anger, lies, or compromise. But you have authority to say: “Not in my house.” God doesn’t want to visit your home—He wants to reign there. Protect your peace, your purity, and your purpose.

Journal Questions:

  • Are there areas in your home that you’ve unintentionally opened to the enemy?

  • What entertainment, relationships, or habits might be affecting your home spiritually?

  • What boundaries do you need to set this week?

Challenge:

Do a spiritual inventory of your home. Walk room by room and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that doesn’t honor Him. Remove or change what needs to go.

Prayer:

Jesus, I declare that the enemy has no place in my home. Show me anything I need to surrender, remove, or repent of. Let Your Spirit rule every corner of this house. Amen.
