🚀 NEXT STEP: SHADOWING & ACTIVATION
You’ve completed the training — way to go! 🙌Now it’s time to put it into practice at a pace that’s comfortable and Spirit-led. Don’t worry — we’re not tossing you into the deep end next Sunday.
You’ll have time to learn, observe, and grow before leading. 🌿
✅ STEP 1: TAKE THE QUIZ
It’s short, simple, and not about grades. The quiz helps us ensure you feel confident about what you’ve learned — and highlights anything to review together.
🧠 Think of it as a confidence check, not a test.
👀 STEP 2: SHADOW A CURRENT TEAM MEMBER
Over the next few Sundays, you’ll be paired with a seasoned altar team member to shadow.
During that time, you’ll:✔️ Watch how they pray and minister.✔️ Observe how they handle different altar moments.✔️ Ask questions before, during, or after service.✔️ Grow in confidence as you see real ministry happen.
You won’t be expected to lead right away — just learn, absorb, and prepare your heart. 💭
💪 STEP 3: JOIN THE TEAM ROTATION
Once you and your mentor feel you’re ready, you’ll be officially added to the altar ministry schedule. You’ll continue to be supported, encouraged, and developed as you serve.
